Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If your item is faulty, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you change your mind, returns are also accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For convenience, we provide a prepaid UPS return label, and a flat $25 fee is deducted from your refund once the item arrives back with us in its original condition.
Returns made after 30 days will receive store credit.
Shipping in the USA and Australia: Orders over $98 ship free. Faulty products are refunded in full, including any shipping costs paid.
In the USA and Australia: If the return is due to a fault or misdescription, we cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
Please contact us at support@victoriaorton.com with your ORDER ID number, which is provided at the time of purchase. This number is essential for us to track your order efficiently. Include this number along with a brief description of your reason for the return or exchange. Note: Purchases made through Amazon must be returned via Amazon.
Once we process your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If a product is found to be faulty or not as described, any shipping costs paid will also be refunded.
