Shipping & Returns
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, we may still be processing your order. Or you may want to check your Spam/Trash mailbox.
If it is not anywhere in your mailbox, and has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 shipping to addresses in the continental US. All blanket orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days using Amazon FBA. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience.
We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make a return, here’s what you need to know.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your unused/unwashed blanket(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return labels are only available for customers in the continental US.
Please note, returned items must be unused and in their original saleable condition (including box and card insert).
Purchases made directly through Amazon.com must be returned via Amazon.
