Orders over $100 is FREE in the USA. If you are based in another country, contact us so we can see what we can do for you.
We try to process orders on the same day. At the latest, it will be sent the next business day.
We use the Amazon FBA service to deliver our blankets. Delivery time will depend on how speedy Amazon is to get to your location. We usually find delivery time varies between 2-4 business days after an order is processed.
As soon as your order is processed, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Click on the tracking number and you can access information of your order.
Absolutely. The website is not set up to accept international orders as yet, however, we can easily arrange this. Contact us with the products you want to order and where it is to be sent. We will come back to you with postage options. If you are happy to proceed, you will receive an invoice through PayPal to finalize your order.
We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make a return, here’s what you need to know.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your unused/unwashed blanket(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We can provide a return shipping label for $25 flat rate. Return labels are only available for customers in the continental USA.
Please note, returned items must be unused and in their original saleable condition (including box and card insert).
Purchases made directly through Amazon.com must be returned via Amazon.
