Shipping & Returns

We want every Victoria Orton piece to feel right from the moment it arrives.

Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described



If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy. Where the return is due to a fault, damage, or misdescription, we will cover the return shipping.

Change of Mind



For change-of-mind returns, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Where available, we may provide a prepaid return label for convenience, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved. Label costs may vary depending on your location and return method.

Final Edit and Sale Items



Final Edit and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Amazon Purchases



Purchases made through Amazon must be returned through Amazon.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unwashed, and free from pet hair, marks, odours, stains, or damage. Original packaging should be included where possible.

Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, any original shipping costs will also be refunded where required.

Exchanges are available where stock allows.

If the item you would like is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit depending on the return reason and item condition.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

After that period, change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be offered as store credit at our discretion.
