When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, we may still be processing your order. Or you may want to check your Spam/Trash mailbox.

If it is not anywhere in your mailbox, and has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order, please email us at support@victoriaorton.com.
